If you going to travel to your home countries please purchase a souvenir for our multi-cultural treasure bag activity in January. These items may include: pictures, traditional dress, food or other interesting souvenirs.

Pre-School Toy Exhibition

You are invited to visit the Pre-School Toy Exhibition on Friday December 20th in the cafeteria from 10am to 11am.

Following the exhibition there will be a short assembly in the cafeteria and then each class will have a party in their own classroom from 11.30 to 12.00pm.

Please be on time and enjoy the last day before the winter break!!!!!

It is going to be a lot of fun!!! 

Bouncy Bens news!!!

Today the PK1 watched a puppet show held by the german language students. It was a great show and the children really enjoyed it. Here are some pictures:

 In math, we are learning to make sets of 8 and 9 objects. The PK2 students were busy counting and sticking 8 and/or 9 stickers on their papers. They did a great job!!!

Very Special Day For Bouncy Bens

Santa is in our school!!!

The children were so excited to see Santa today. All PK children went to the cafeteria and met Santa. He gave them hot chocolate and candy canes. Bouncy Bens were very happy to see him.

Great work in Bouncy Bens

Hello Bouncy bens,

I hope you had a great thanksgiving break. It was relaxing and we all enjoyed it.

Today Bouncy Bens learned several words starting with Hh. They were able to come up with many Hh words. They also learned the sound of Harry hat man.

This week we will be very busy. The children will design their own toy and they will present it in the exhibition we will do the last day before the christmas break. More details will come later... We will keep you updated.

Just another announcement: Santa will be coming to read a story  to our pre-school children on Friday Dec 6th at 9.00 am in the cafeteria.

Green Day Assembly

Hello Bouncy Bens

There will be a green day assembly on Wednesday November 28th at 8.10 in the big gym. Please have your child wear green tomorrow!!!!

We asked the children to draw a picture showing that we care about the environment. We explained to the children how to be nice to plants, trees and flowers (we have to water them and care about them...). We also told the children that we need to keep the earth smiling. Here are their drawings:

What a busy Week!

Hi Bouncy Bens

  The PK1 children were very excited acting out the story of The five little monkeys. They made the monkey's pyjamas (they painted, cut and stick the stripes on the monkey's body).They also had lots of fun jumping on the beds....

Math Activities with the PK2

Bouncy Bens learned how to make sets of 8 objects and put them together. They can make groups of different as well as the same objects. They were busy counting the objects and making each 8 set together. Then They were asked to draw 8 things and color them on their paper. Here are the photos:

Very busy week for Bouncy bens

Hello Bouncy bens

Our children were very busy this week working on letter Ff. They have learned to say the sound, trace the letter using different materials such as pencils, play dough, pastel croyons...
Bouncy bens looked for different words beginning with Ff. I asked the children to come up with Ff words and they did. They looked around the classroom to see an Ff word. Also, in the letterland stories they have learned so many words beginning with Ff. Well done!
